The experience with Tripifini was overall average. The website was user-friendly and the booking process was smooth. However, the customer service could be improved. The response time was slow and the representatives were not very helpful. I expected better service considering the reputation of the company. Nonetheless, I was able to have a decent trip with Tripifini.
