Unbelievably bad experience there and I can't be convinced they are professional. The manager kept pushing me to purchase what they'd like to sell but not the thing I asked. I went there for 16 model / 17 model, but they kept showing and pushing 15 model. And when I denied the 15 C300 model that I was pushed by the manager to put $1000 deposit on (This is my fault to believe as they claimed '100% refundable' and not bad to see more options) and told them I targeted on almost new OR new model again as I told them from very beginning, the manager Kevin blamed me that 'back and forth, back and forth' 'why you need a sunroof?' 'How many times you can use it?' 'Why are you sitting here if you have made appointment with another dealership?' and etc. Finally I did not make the deal with them and the general manager called me twice to inform me they won't do service on my car from another dealership and they won't refund my deposit since I wasted their time. He yelled on the calls that they cannot believe I did not made deal with them, this was horrible and they never had a customer like me... I felt I really made a mistake to step in this dealership and the right decision to go away.
