I had a mixed experience with Matco. Overall, I found their products to be of reasonable quality, but their customer service left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful when I had questions or concerns. Additionally, I had a few issues with the order fulfillment process, resulting in delays and mistakes. On the positive side, their website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. I hope that Matco can improve their customer service because it would greatly enhance the overall experience.
