The experience I had with Tenstech inc was average. Their website had a decent layout and it was easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but it definitely left something to be desired.
