Customer service on the phone is currently a joke....

Customer service on the phone is currently a joke. Can t get shipping costs until you go online and go thru the process of ordering. Will call is closed and it seems like there s an attitude that the customer has little value since the person on the phone won t themselves be making money driving swageok s already insanely overpriced fittings and valves. There s another number of lok competitors that do just as goodvalves for 1/3 the price. Also Corley valve will hook it up. Swakelok should have 5 star service with the prices they charge but seems Like they have gotten fat and complacent and don t value the customer anymore because they seem to be so big I guess they forgot they need us I myself will now wait days to purchase parts from another company and will actively spread the information not to shop Swagelok again
