I had a mixed experience with Naja Group LLC. While some aspects of their service were good, there were also some areas where they fell short. The communication was prompt and clear, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the delivery of the product was delayed, which was quite frustrating. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
