I have been a customer of Integrated Concepts Group, Inc (ICG) for several years now. I must say that their services are average. I have had a few minor issues with their products, but they were promptly resolved by their customer support team. Overall, I would rate ICG as average because they provide decent products with satisfactory customer service.
