Location is key and this hotel is within 10 - 15 m...

Location is key and this hotel is within 10 - 15 min walk to all the NFL, NBA, MLS arenas, CNN, aquarium, and Coca-Cola world. The staff is great and very attentive and the hotel is old but maintained. I will say that the hotel does need a face-lift at this point but is very much serviceable. I was very happy I stayed here during my day of exploring downtown ATL.
