We went here on Sunday morning when Kerbey Lane Cafe (next door) was an hour wait time. Russell's is a higher level of cuisine complexity than Kerbey. Is it better? About the same.

Upsides is a great patio to sit out front and people watch. Good service. Good fresh food. They really do try to take care of those who are waiting... free mimosa's anyone?

The ambiance reminds me of a french bistro... not the refined haut couture but rather a neighborhood family owned place who takes pride in making good food.

Worth a trip? Perhaps.
Memorable? Not really apparently :)
