I could not imagine a worse experience. I recently bought a brand new Ford Transit van with a reading body. The doors where not installed right, causing major leaks, doors opening when 'closed' It took over two months to get doors to replace the defective ones. The 'authorized service center' installed the new doors crooked, and with four huge dents on one of the doors.

The paint job and body work on the van is also quite terrible, I expected a lot more than what was delivered, as this was supposed to be the best body money could buy.

I got a lot of promised from Craig Bonham at the reading group, promising action, and for someone to reach out to me, so far that has not happened. I will update this review if the situation is made right.
