I recently had an experience with NINE2 and I have to say it was average. The website was easy to navigate and the overall design was nice. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, I felt like they were not very helpful. I would consider using NINE2 again in the future, but only if they improve their customer service.
