I had a mixed experience with the alumni association. While the website lchstn.com was easy to navigate and the resources provided were useful, I found the customer service to be lacking. It seemed like the staff was not very knowledgeable and were unable to answer my questions satisfactorily. I hope they work on improving their customer support.
