Musimundo has a good selection of products, but their customer service needs improvement. I recently had an issue with a faulty product, and it was a hassle to get a replacement. The process took much longer than expected, and I had to follow up multiple times. However, once the replacement was sent, it arrived in good condition. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement.
