The customer service at Northwest Custom Apparel is commendable. They were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The website is easy to use and the ordering was a breeze. However, the quality of the products fell short of my expectations. The colors were not as vibrant as shown on the website, and the fabric felt cheap. I hope they work on improving the product quality.
