The company Arepa is just average. I have tried some of their products and I must say that they are just OK. I wouldn't say they are great, but they are not terrible either. The quality could be improved. The customer service, on the other hand, is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, I would rate Arepa as average.
