I have been a customer of Columbus communications for over a year now and I must say, the service has been consistently average. The internet speeds are decent, but there have been multiple downtimes and interruptions in the past. The customer support team is helpful, but sometimes the wait times are longer than expected. Overall, I would rate Columbus communications as an average service provider.
