I am a customer of Chicago National Bankcard and I must say that my experience with them has been average. The service provided by the company is decent, but nothing extraordinary. The rates are competitive and the customer support is responsive. However, there have been a few instances where I faced issues with their payment gateway. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
