Customer service representative Marla is Rude they need to changed their staff if they don't like their job and hire the people who can provide good customer service.

I call the city hall because I had some questions about street parking permit and she kept answering so rudely saying multiple times that San Jose city hall is closed and obviously I know that they are closed. that"s why I am calling to get answers to my questions. She sounded so disturbed, like i was annoying her by calling... sorry lady but. that's your job
