They fixed my computer! That is good news. They did it in a day and I am thankful that nothing was lost, no data to recover. I think it was a matter of me not having the disk from when I bought my laptop, but that is ok, I had no time to try to do the repair myself. I am pretty good and I have installed extra RAM and Memory, so I am not a novice.

What I was not impressed with was Jose at the front desk. Talk about BLAH I got the impression he was underwhelmed with his job. Not at all the type to have at the front desk. You could tell he had no customer service skill at all.
