Booked a room for my son in NY, NY at a Hilton pro...

Booked a room for my son in NY, NY at a Hilton property, and Highgate, the franchise owner of the property, calls me at midnight, and says I need to complete a "guarantee of payment" form before my son can check-in. What a joke! As a Hilton Diamond member, I have booked him rooms across the U.S. and never had this happen. #highgatestinks
