I have been a customer of Muscle insider for several months now and I must say they are pretty average. The quality of their products is just OK, nothing extraordinary. I also find their prices to be a bit higher compared to other similar companies. The shipping is decent, it usually takes around a week for my order to arrive. Overall, I would rate Muscle insider as an average company.
