I recently purchased some packaging materials from this company and was overall satisfied with the products. The website was user-friendly and I easily found what I needed. However, the shipping took longer than expected, and the customer service response time was not very prompt. The quality of the packaging materials was average, nothing exceptional but served its purpose. I appreciated the variety of options available on the website, but I do think there's room for improvement in terms of delivery speed and customer support. If you're looking for basic packaging materials and don't mind a slightly slower delivery, this company might be worth considering.
