As someone who recently used this real estate group, I found the overall experience to be fairly average. While the website offered a good overview of available properties, I felt that the communication with the team could have been more proactive and informative. The property search process was somewhat time-consuming and didn't quite meet my expectations. Additionally, the services provided didn't fully align with the promised level of expertise and support. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer engagement and personalized attention. Although there were some positives, I believe the company has the potential to enhance its customer service and streamline the overall experience for future clients.
