I recently had the opportunity to work with a packaging and display company and found their services to be fairly average. The website was easy to navigate, and the product selection was decent. However, I found some inconsistencies in the communication process, which led to delays in getting my order processed. The customer service was polite, but there was room for improvement in terms of responsiveness. The quality of the final product was satisfactory, but I expected a bit more attention to detail.
