I recently purchased a scanner from their website. The product works as expected but I had some difficulty finding the right information on the website. The navigation could be improved to make it easier for customers to find what they're looking for. The customer service was responsive when I reached out with questions, which was a plus. Overall, the experience was average. The product is satisfactory, but the website experience could be more user-friendly. 🖨️
