I had an average experience with John R. Wood Properties. Their website, johnrwood.com, was easy to navigate and provided useful information about their properties. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and did not make me feel valued as a customer. Overall, I would say the company is just average.
