I've been a customer of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power for a while now, and I have to say, they are doing a good job. The billing process is efficient, and I have no complaints about the rates. However, there have been a few instances where I experienced power outages that lasted longer than expected. Overall, though, I'm satisfied with the service provided by LADWP.
