I had a mixed experience with Codam s.a. The overall quality of their products is good, and their website is easy to use. However, I faced some difficulties with their customer service when I had an issue with my order. It took multiple attempts to get a response, but once they got back to me, the problem was resolved satisfactorily. It would be great if they improve their customer support.
