My experience with Southbury Senior Center Friends has been less than satisfactory. The staff lacks professionalism and empathy towards the seniors. The programs and activities offered are limited and fail to cater to diverse interests. The facility is cramped and outdated, lacking a welcoming atmosphere. My parents didn't feel a sense of belonging in this center. I would not recommend Southbury Senior Center Friends to anyone in search of quality senior care.
