During the first week in January (2014), we listed our home with MinMaxx during the coldest week on record, in the GTA. During the first 7 days, several agents showed our home 2x and one agent showed our home 3x---after which SEVERAL OFFERS were "registered". We accepted a FULL-PRICE OFFER + 4-Week CLOSE and we could not have been more relieved---since the snow/bitterly-cold weather kept hammering the GTA.
