Izabela Felinski - BUYER BEWARE!! Customer service is non existent

I’d give 0 stars if I could. The first time I wore my bracelet the chain around my wrist broke fell off and a crystal in the bracelet was missing. 4 customer service tickets in 2 weeks with zero response. If you’re planning on purchasing from Izabela Felinski, think twice!!! $250 and you’re stuck with a broken bracelet and zero help from the Izabela Felinski company! See pics!!
