I love training here, such a good group of people....

I love training here, such a good group of people. The programming is fun yet challenging and leaves me wanting more. All the coaches are very friendly and the classes are well organised for the amount of people that train in each class. I also love how family friendly it is too, my kids enjoy coming down with me on the weekends! Excellent facility, definitely worth a visit.
