Wow what an incredible team! We often are quick to complain in SA, as most places have reprehensible customer service, but this is definately not true of Featherbrooke Computers!! Honest, quick and truly accommodating! I took both my kids' bubblegum tablets to get fixed; one had a black screen when turning on, the other a broken screen. Even though their phone lines were down, they were quick to communicate via email. They let me know that after rebooting the one with the black screen, it posed no problems (it is not often one finds a company that is so honest and does not look for fault to charge you for), and that the other one needs a new screen. It was done within a day (and this mere days before Christmas!) and on collection my invoice was emailed to me. Very professional, very reliable, keep up the amazing service guys!
