Everything you would expect out of a luxury hotel in flordia. Got the room for a very reasonable price for our honeymoon. However after paying in advance for a whole week they did not tell us that there was a 125.00 hold until we checked out. If the room was left to theyre standards damage and what not. So not only did we pay 585.00 for 7 days but 125 on top of that for a hold deposit. And they didnt tell us so that was about 1.5 days of less fun because we counted on that money. Then they said 5 to 10 business days to return it. Talk about a buzz kill would have been nice to know up front
