Staff was very friendly. Rooms are clean an comfortable. Excellent location, especially if flying into Gatwick. The Gatwick Express drops you off right at the hotel. The only negatives I can think of is that there are no drawers in the rooms to put your clothes. Also, depending on where your room is, you may have to take two separate lifts to get to it.
