We purchased a 15 year old Mercedes in Southwest Florida close to where we live in Punta Gorda. While in Tampa for surgery at Moffitt, the top was put down and we were unable to close it due to a failed hydraulic line. It was a bad pinch for us facing rain in the afternoon and making the 2 1/2 hr drive home after surgery. We took the car to Mercedes of Tampa and met Rick Acosta. In short order, the top was manually put up, the car was cleaned and an enormous burden was lifted due to Rick.
In the following months, another hydraulic issue arose and we called Rick again because of his excellent service and compassion for a difficult time. Rick towed our car from Punta Gorda to Tampa, resolved the problem without "breaking the bank" and returned the car back to Punta Gorda within the week. Above and beyond incredible customer service barely describes Rick Acosta's treatment toward us. We truly are beyond grateful and will continue to do business with Rick Acosta even though we are over 100 miles away.
