I will never do business with this company again. We had signed up for a tour on January 1st in Philadelphia and when we arrived at the pickup location we found that the buses were not running. The company was closed for the holiday. I attempted to contact the office but got a voicemail and no one ever returned my call. Ok, I am fine with employees having time off with their families on holidays but why did the online system allow us to reserve tickets for January 1st if the business was scheduled to be closed on that day? Having a hard time getting a refund at this time.
