If I could give zero stars to Newton medical center I would. There is zero compassion. You have to wait hours and hours to be seen by a physician and when you are finally seen, they are rude and rush you. More then 1 doctor gave me a different diagnosis for my grandma. No one seems to know what s going on in this place. The nurses are all so nice but have limited information they can share. This is not a hospital with high standards or regard for people s time or feelings. Horrible experience.
