Very easy to book online. Don't always believe the person you are talking to. It is better you do your own research if you are a planner like I am. Out of 5 questions you may get the right answer to maybe 2 if your lucky. If you have driving questions and it is later in the night, try to find out on your own due to the long waiting time. (I got stuck in a lot of traffic which caused me to arrive after 10pm when I was suppose to get there around 5pm, so it wasn't my fault I needed driving directions later in the night.)
