I had an average experience with Juneau Alaska Music Matters (JAMM). While the website was easy to navigate and had a good amount of information, the customer service was lacking. I found it difficult to get a timely response to my inquiries and the staff seemed disinterested in helping me. However, once I finally did get a response, the staff was knowledgeable and able to assist me. Overall, my experience was just okay.
