I am very disappointed with the customer service, communication and delivery. I placed an order for a year-long subscription for Classic Motorcycle Mechanics and a Bookazine at the end of November 2020 as a Christmas present for my husband. Payment was taken from my credit card on November 27th and we have yet to receive the first issue. Only after writing to complain in January did we receive the Bookazine. Covid chaos was the excuse given for non-delivery. Strange since all other on-line orders I have placed do not process payment until the order has shipped. I have received no response to my second email sent February 16th. We live in Canada and my husband has been an avid reader and collector of your Classic Motorcycle Mechanics since 1995. Mistakes happen to all of us but they need to be acknowledged and rectified, especially in order to retain customers and keep them happy! Anxiously waiting for proper follow-up.
