I had an okay experience with The Arbors Memory Care. While the staff was generally friendly, I felt that they could improve their communication with both the residents and their families. The facility was clean, but it lacked a cozy atmosphere. The activities and programs offered were limited and could be more engaging. Overall, it was an average experience for me.
