I had a rather lengthy engagement with J.m. engineering and it was a mixed bag. Initially, I was pleased with their initial response and proposal. However, as the project progressed, communication became more challenging. It took multiple follow-ups to get updates. In the end, the outcome was satisfactory, but the process could have been smoother.
