They are not 4 full stars. The full 4-star hotel deserves the hotel restaurant, very good food and a welcoming and friendly staff. The photos on the site are old, now it has been renovated and has a well-kept garden with a swimming pool. The interior of the hotel is clean and well furnished unfortunate that it is not airy and the corridors are really too sultry. As for the rooms I stayed in one of the best, beautiful, spacious and clean, but it's over a small two-way street in which every car and every motorbike play before 3 curves at all hours of the day. At night, for those who want silence, you have to sleep with the windows closed and air like a ball, something I don't like. The receptionist's response to my observation of putting a mirror on a curve was less welcome: "it is a habit and it will remain so". Overall, however, it is a hotel worth considering in the area, well connected to Pompeii and the state road.
