Abbotts auto care is an average company. They did an okay job fixing my car, but nothing extraordinary. I would say they are reliable and get the job done, but don't expect anything exceptional. Their customer service was decent, although they could improve in terms of responsiveness. Overall, I had an average experience with Abbotts auto care.
