After 4 years of membership the way they thank you...

After 4 years of membership the way they thank you is by charging you $35+ upgrade fees without notifying you and if your credit information changes for whatever reason they will charge you $15 for NSF (not sufficient funds) fee, at the International Fitness Holdings they will nicely tell you that they will waive the fee for you just with updating your credit information but they will charge it days later anyways. Not only a very unethical behavior, also the feeling that this instead of being a friendly service is more of a loan shop business. My advice if you go to any of the gyms they manage is stay on top of your bills, if something as simple as a credit card number change occurs to you, they will charge you higher interest fees than any bank, not the kind of advice you would expect for a gym.
