Living at The Pierce Street Flats Condominium Association has been a roller coaster ride. At times, it's been great, but there have also been moments of frustration. The building itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is generally helpful, but the communication could be improved. Overall, it's a decent place to call home.
