I recently used Preferred Child & Family Services, Inc. for my family therapy needs. The experience was average overall. The therapists were professional and knowledgeable but lacked warmth and empathy. The sessions were helpful in addressing some of our concerns, but I didn't feel like we made significant progress. I would consider trying another therapy service in the future.
