I recently had my website revamped and worked with a web design agency. While the end result was satisfactory, the overall experience left something to be desired. The communication was not as smooth as I had hoped and I felt that my input was not always taken into account. However, the design itself was decent and the website functions well. Insignia Designs could benefit from improving their customer service.
