The resort in Turks & Caicos was a disappointment....

The resort in Turks & Caicos was a disappointment. The room was not cleaned properly, and it had a musty smell. The staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in providing good service. The resort's amenities were lacking, and the overall experience was below average. I would not recommend staying here.
